Desired Candidate Profile
The Bancassurance Manager is responsible for driving life insurance business through assigned bank branches by building strong relationships with banking partners, generating business, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves training bank staff, conducting joint sales calls, and promoting insurance solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales and premium targets through partner bank branches.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, and bank staff.
- Conduct joint customer meetings and sales calls to generate insurance business.
- Train and motivate bank employees on life insurance products, sales techniques, and regulatory guidelines.
- Drive branch activation, customer acquisition, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure business quality, persistency, and renewal targets are met.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including policy servicing and claim assistance.
- Monitor branch productivity and prepare regular business performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies.
- Support implementation of sales campaigns, contests, and business development initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 25 years of experience in Life Insurance, Bancassurance, Banking, BFSI, or Financial Services.
- Strong sales, relationship management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Experience in handling bank partnerships and customer interactions.
- Good understanding of life insurance products and processes. .
