Qualifications:

Must hold a minimum graduate degree from a recognized institution.
Candidates with Post Graduation will be preferred.
Must have an experience of working in the BFSI sector preferably in sales or training.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Working experience in the insurance sector will be a plus.
Candidates with relevant training certification will be preferred

Job Description

The Deputy Manager - Learning & Development is responsible for leading workforce capability development initiatives. This role requires an individual with 3-6 years of experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry who can strategically align learning programs with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Development & Implementation: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive L&D programs that meet the specific needs of the target audience and support business goals.
Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a recognized expert in the financial services and insurance sectors, providing valuable insights to the workforce.
Training Facilitation: Conduct all L&D programs with a high level of professionalism and skill, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and participant engagement.
Industry & Professional Acumen: Remain current on the latest trends and developments within the BFSI industry and pursue relevant professional certifications to enhance expertise.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure L&D initiatives are integrated seamlessly with business functions.




Qualifications:


Minimum qualification- Graduation required.
Age between 21 to 45 Years.
