Role Overview
You will be responsible for deriving Insurance Business from assigned Relationship/Channel partners in an area, convincing them to persuade their customers to invest in Birla Sunlife Insurance. Your focus will be on providing pre- and post-sales support and services to the relationship and clients. It is essential not only to achieve targets but also to ensure a consistent growth in the business every quarter.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously interact with the channel partners to achieve targets for Premium & Revenue.
- Map all key decision makers and share relevant information with your superior for effective communication.
- Ensure smooth functioning of sales and other processes by communicating any process changes or updates in rules and regulations through training modules.
- Execute the right method of business acquisition to achieve a profitable mix for the organization by scrutinizing business regularly and providing relevant information to superiors.
- Interact with customers through welcome calls and resolve queries to achieve persistency targets as per company norms for timely renewals.
Qualifications Required

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and persistency goals.
- Knowledge of insurance products, rules, and regulations.
- Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service.
