01Overview
Role & responsibilities Drive life insurance sales through assigned bank branches.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Branch Managers and bank staff.
Generate leads from bank customers and convert them into life insurance business.
Conduct customer meetings and financial need analysis.
Cross-sell life insurance products to existing bank customers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct product training and sales support sessions for bank employees.
Ensure proper documentation, policy issuance, and compliance.
Follow up for policy renewals and customer servicing.
Participate in branch activities, lead generation campaigns, and customer engagement
