Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets in the bancassurance channel.
- Build strong relationships with bank partners to drive business growth through cross-selling opportunities.
- Manage a team of agents or direct marketers to achieve sales goals and provide coaching as needed.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify recent business opportunities.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in banca, bancassurance, or direct marketing.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and industry regulations.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment. .
