Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase insurance sales and cross-sell opportunities.
- Identify new business prospects through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and meetings with potential customers to promote insurance products.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for sales performance.
Job Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in BFSI sales (banking & financial services industry).
- Robust understanding of insurance sales principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. .
