Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage bancassurance sales performance across all General Insurance products.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase insurance penetration through bank channels.
- Build robust relationships with key stakeholders, including branch managers and customers.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling of insurance products within the bank's customer base.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years of experience in Bancassurance Sales or related field (General Insurance).
- Strong understanding of general insurance products, including health, motor, travel, home etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship-building with bank staff and customers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by the organization. .
