Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a portfolio of current accounts, ensuring timely payment processing and resolving customer queries.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell retail banking products such as CASA (Current Account Savings Account) deposits.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, liabilities, and assets for each client.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in retail banking or related field.
- Strong knowledge of current account management systems and processes.
- Ability to identify recent business opportunities through effective relationship-building with customers. .
