Key Responsibilities
- Provide advice and guidance to customers on CASA services
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor customer accounts and savings account for any suspicious activity
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products
- Maintain customer records and update customer information
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers
Qualifications Required
- Graduate (preferred)
- Total work experience of 2.0 years (preferred)
As a Bank Officer, you should possess key skills in risk management, financial analysis, regulatory compliance, customer service, and cash management. Your schedule will be during the day shift.
