01Overview
Handle cash deposits, withdrawals, cheque deposits and other branch transactions.
Verify customer details, signatures, documents and transaction instructions.
Maintain accurate cash records and ensure daily cash balancing.
Handle customer queries related to accounts and routine banking services.
Follow KYC, compliance and bank policies during all transactions.
Identify suspicious or irregular transactions and report them as per bank procedures.
Maintain proper records of cash, vouchers, receipts and transaction documents.
Provide quick and courteous customer service at the counter.
Educate customers about relevant banking products and services and generate referrals where required.
Coordinate with Branch Operations and Relationship Managers for customer requirements.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality and security while handling customer information and cash.
Compensation: 200,000.00 - 500,000.00 per year
