Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager at Paytm, your primary responsibility will be to partner with banks and generate EDC/SB/QR business from their branches. You will be in charge of the EDC/SB base deployed through assigned branches, ensuring activation and quality of accounts. Utilizing your product and technical knowledge, you will work in alignment with sales and pricing policies. Maintaining high account management standards is crucial to ensure merchant and bank team satisfaction. Additionally, you will drive customer service excellence to banking partners and regularly benchmark product, process, and pricing against competitors in the merchant acquiring industry.
