01Overview
Role Highlights:
Work on and lead aspects of complex financing transactions, including structured finance, acquisition finance, ECA-backed and receivables-backed financings, securitisation, private credit structures, restructuring, fintech debentures, and bond issuances.
Draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated financing documentation and debt securities offerings.
Manage transaction execution, including legal due diligence, stakeholder coordination, and deal closures.
Provide strategic regulatory, legal, and market inputs as part of client advisory.
Mentor junior team members and support the seamless execution of high-profile mandates.
Ideal Candidate:
Associate (2+ years PQE): Strong experience in structured private credit, structured finance, fintech debentures, securitisation, restructuring, and other financial transactions.
Senior Associate (46 years PQE): Proven experience in banking & finance and/or debt capital markets, with strong transaction management and client advisory skills.
Principal Associate (7+ years PQE): Ability to independently lead and close complex financing transactions, provide strategic client advice, and supervise deal teams.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and commercial judgment, with the ability to work autonomously under tight timelines.
