Job Description
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented candidates to join our Banking & Finance team. The role is suitable for freshers as well as professionals with up to 4 years of experience in banking, finance, accounting, or financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day banking and financial operations.
- Manage customer accounts, transactions, documentation, and financial records.
- Assist customers with banking products, account-related queries, loans, payments, and other financial services.
- Verify customer documents and support KYC and account-opening processes.
- Assist with loan processing, verification, collections, and related financial activities.
- Perform bank and account reconciliation and identify transaction discrepancies.
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and operational reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams, customers, banks, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate and confidential financial and customer records.
- Follow company policies, banking procedures, and applicable compliance requirements.
- Support daily reporting and other finance-related activities as required.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of banking, finance, accounting, and financial products.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and financial documentation.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with financial data.
- Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of KYC, AML, or banking compliance is an advantage.
