Finance & Banking Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Banking professional to join our organization. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, banking operations, customer accounts, documentation, and day-to-day financial activities while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily banking and financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account-related activities.
- Handle customer queries related to banking products, accounts, loans, transactions, and financial services.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, statements, and transaction documentation.
- Verify financial documents and customer information according to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with account opening, KYC verification, loan processing, and other banking-related procedures.
- Monitor transactions and identify discrepancies, errors, or unusual activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, banks, customers, and other stakeholders to resolve financial and account-related issues.
- Support reconciliation of bank statements, accounts, and financial transactions.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of customer and financial information.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, banking procedures, and applicable financial regulations.
- Prepare regular reports related to transactions, accounts, collections, and financial performance.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assigned financial activities.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of banking and financial processes.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and financial software.
- Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of KYC, AML, and banking compliance processes will be an advantage.
