Overview
As an Operation Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing and optimizing the work environment. You will gather data on space utilization, employee behavior, and business needs to develop actionable insights and recommendations. Serving as the first point of contact in a workflow process, your role will support efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction across departments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update space databases, floor plans, and occupancy records using tools such as AutoCAD, CAFM, or IWMS software.
- Collaborate with Facilities, Real Estate, HR, and Departmental Leaders to forecast future space needs.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Manage and prioritize ticketing system requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues and proactive communication.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR and workforce datasuch as headcount and turnoverto inform strategic space planning and optimize workspace utilization.
- Coordinate building access for new hires to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Prepare and process termination reports to revoke building and locker access for departing employees in a timely manner.
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of experience in workplace strategy, space planning, or data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Archibus, or space planning software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
