Role & responsibilities
Process RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, and other online banking transactions.
Handle cheque issuance, cheque deposits, and banking documentation.
Prepare daily Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
Coordinate with banks for account-related queries and documentation.
Maintain records of all banking transactions accurately.
Assist in vendor payments, customer receipts, and fund transfers.
Pass accounting entries related to banking transactions.
Maintain proper filing of banking documents and records.
Support the Accounts team in day-to-day accounting activities.
Preferred candidate profile
B.Com or equivalent qualification.
24 years of relevant experience in banking operations and accounts.
Good knowledge of RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, cheque handling, and banking procedures.
Experience in Bank Reconciliation (BRS) and accounting entries.
Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Experience in a manufacturing company will be an added advantage. .
