Banking Relationship Manager

As a Junior Banking Relationship Manager at M1Xchange, you will be part of a team dedicated to enabling MSMEs to accelerate their business growth by facilitating early payment of receivables through our TReDS platform. Your role will involve engaging with MSMEs and corporate buyers to facilitate the discounting of approved invoices. Here are the key responsibilities associated with this position: - Build and maintain relationships with MSMEs and corporate buyers to understand their financing needs - Guide MSMEs through the invoice discounting process on the platform - Collaborate with 55 banks and NBFCs to ensure competitive interest rates for the transactions - Monitor the transactions to ensure smooth and timely payment to the MSMEs - Contribute to the overall growth and expansion of the platform by identifying opportunities for improvement Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment - Prior experience in banking or financial services will be an advantage Join us at M1Xchange and be part of a team that is committed to driving financial inclusion and providing innovative services to MSMEs.
