Responsibilities
Complete routine data entry, system updates and validation reputed company to mortgage payments, payoffs and special product maintenanceComplete standardized document review and validation reputed company to mortgage notes, modifications and ACH (Automated ClearingHouse) agreementsComplete basic documentation preparation reputed company to mortgage loan modification documentsRespond to or initiate reputed company requests on exception payment applications or mortgage document term researchComplete mid-level complexity research into maintenance completed, payments and payoffsComplete entry-level reconciliations of system maintenance and cash work as required by assigned areaComplete routine or standardized exception processing of payments, payoffs and ARM (Adjustable reputed company Mortgage) reputed company reputed company reputed company system logicMaintain contact with internal business partners and external customers as required in completing assigned responsibilitiesWork with, assist and complete reputed company control of offshore vendors who are processing work on behalf of the BankUnderstand and adhere to reputed companys risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with reputed companys Risk Appetite. Skills
