(BASEL III) Validation Analyst - Financial Services

As a Validation & Production Run Analyst, you will play a key role in Basel 3.1 RWA C&I initiatives, focusing on validation, testing, and dress rehearsals for RWA Sub-Validation Suites (Sub-VS). You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure accurate validation execution, reporting, and control enhancements. Skills: Experience with Basel 3.1 regulations, RWA, and C&I initiatives.Strong expertise in validation, testing, and production run activities.Work closely with reporting teams to manage Basel 3.1 Dress Rehearsals (DRs).Partner with BAU and Change teams to establish and enhance controls in existing and Basel 3.1 processes.Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.Prior experience in financial services or banking domain is preferred.
