Job Responsibilities
Generate and convert leads through calls, follow-ups, and other sales channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information about the company's products or services.
Conduct counselling and sales conversations with prospective customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads to ensure maximum conversions.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Build and maintain robust relationships with potential and existing customers.
Update lead details, follow-up status, and sales activities in the CRM or internal system.
Coordinate with the team and management to improve sales performance and conversion rates.
Candidate Requirements
Must be a graduate.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with an interest in sales, business development, and the EdTech industry will be preferred.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Should be confident in handling calls and interacting with customers.
Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Salary: Up to 30,000 per month

Compensation: 9,538.50 - 30,000.00 per month
