Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site BDE (Business Development Executive) role based in Bengaluru, focused on supporting LaunchED Globals growth across mentorship, study abroad, skilled programs, and global internship offerings. The BDE will engage with prospective students and partners, conduct outreach through calls, emails, and meetings, and provide information on programs and services. Daily responsibilities include qualifying leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools, and coordinating consultations or counseling sessions with senior team members. The role involves assisting in presentations, events, and seminars, gathering feedback from prospects, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to improve conversion and customer experience. The BDE will also support follow-up communications, address basic queries, and contribute to meeting sales and enrollment targets while learning and growing in a structured environment.
