JOB DESCRIPTION
Overall P&L Head with responsibility of managing the existing business and achieving new revenue targets on PAN India basis for IT staffing & contracting business.
Managing business development activities entailing mapping of new market segments
Acquiring New Clients on a regular basis
Deals with Hunting & Farming of accounts.
Generate new business for the company and increase company revenues through IT contract staffing.
Designing Temporary Staffing Proposal, Letter of Intent (LOI), Vendor Service
Agreement and Work Agreement for Contract Staffing, benchmarking the industry standards
Handling Team who Design HRMS - Employee Data Sheet, Addition, Deletion
Constructively handle (or supervise the handling of) all customer escalations.
Responsible for preserving the business within the account and generating new business.
Create credibility, build strong, lasting client relationships and earn the client's trust.
Client Relationship Management
Meeting existing clients for getting new requirements
Post Sales Closures & Strategic Planning .
