01Key Responsibilities
Content Management Maintain content library within Loopio, or equivalent platforms Review, edit, and publish approved responses Create new content in line with firm best practices Facilitate updates to library from completed projects Archive outdated content Manage content lifecycle and expiration dates Apply metadata, tags, taxonomy, and categorization standards Quality Assurance Ensure consistency of language and branding Validate factual accuracy Coordinate periodic content reviews with SMEs Track stale content and ownership Proposal Technology Administer content libraries Configure folders, permissions, and workflows Support template maintenance Troubleshoot user issues Assist with platform upgrades and testing AI Content Optimization Structure responses for optimal AI retrieval Improve tagging to enhance semantic search Create modular, reusable content Qualifications: 69 years in proposal management, knowledge management, or content management in asset management Experience with Loopio, Responsive, Qvidian, or similar platforms Strong editing skills Understanding of proposal best practices Experience working with cross-functional teams WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY: At Morgan Stanley, we raise, manage and allocate capital for our clients helping them reach their goals.
