Required Skills Regulatory Compliance Management Requirements Analysis & Documentation Technical Writing Policy Interpretation Governance & Risk Management Product Readiness Reviews (PRR) Preferred Technical Skills SQL for data analysis and reporting. Python for data processing and workflow automation. Dashboarding and Data Visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between regulatory policies, safety frameworks, and technical implementation by translating complex requirements into structured system specifications, ensuring compliance readiness, and maintaining data integrity across product development lifecycles. Key Responsibilities Analyze regulatory, compliance, safety, and policy documents and translate them into clear, actionable system requirements. Interpret nuanced behavioral and operational requirements to support product readiness and compliance initiatives. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of Product Readiness Review (PRR) documentation and reporting artifacts. Coordinate with engineering, safety, legal, product, and operational teams to gather compliance-related inputs and resolve reporting gaps. Track regulatory and policy changes that may impact system behavior, safety standards, or operational requirements. Create structured requirement documentation, compliance reports, and audit-ready records. .
