01Responsibilities
-Market and promote IT consultants to US clients and vendors-Source job requirements from vendors via cold calls, emails, and social media-Submit consultant profiles to matching job requirements-Follow up with vendors/clients for interview feedback and updates-Build and maintain a robust vendor network-Manage consultant submissions, interviews, and onboarding process-Maintain accurate records of all activities
02Requirements
-Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)-Self-motivated, target-driven, and quick learner-Willingness to work US night shifts-Interest in sales, marketing, or recruitment-Knowledge of US work visas (H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD) is a plus .
