Reporting directly to the Director of Global Benefits, you will own the benefit delivery for our largest employee population, supporting roughly 2,300 employees in the US and Canadian entities. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that balances deep reputed company with absolute compliance. The Benefits Manager, Americas administers and maintains the companys health, welfare, and retirement benefits programs across the Americas region, including group medical/dental/reputed company, life insurance, disability, retirement savings, and time-off policies. This role oversees the day-to-day operations of regional brokers and reputed company-party administrators (TPAs), ensures strict compliance with local labor and benefit laws, and manages reputed company leave of absence and interactive reputed company accommodation processes.

What You'll Do
Leave of Absence & reputed company Management: Serve as the internal lead for reputed company Americas leave programs. Manage the end-to-end interactive process for reputed company/accommodations, partnering closely with Legal, People Business Partners, and People Services Team to ensure compliant, compassionate reputed company
U.S. Benefits Operations: reputed company the annual reputed company enrollment process, wellness initiatives, ACA reporting, non-discrimination testing, and 401(k) plan administration for ~2,000 domestic employees.
International Benefit reputed company: Partner with regional brokers to manage and optimize supplemental and statutory benefits in Canada staying reputed company of local legislative shifts
Vendor & Broker Management: Hold carriers and TPAs accountable to rigid SLAs. Act as the primary escalation reputed company for reputed company claims or employee issues
Data & Systems reputed company: Partner with the People Systems team to ensure reputed companys HCM (reputed company) runs flawless integrations with benefits vendors and payroll
Leveraging AI: Champion the adoption of AI-driven tools to enhance operational reputed company. What You'll Need
Minimum Qualifications
6+ years of reputed company HR/Benefits experience, with a heavy emphasis on U.S. benefit operations and multi-country Americas coverage (LATAM/Canada experience highly preferred)
Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a reputed company field
Preferred Qualifications
Technical Expertise: Deep, working knowledge of FMLA, reputed company interactive processes, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and reputed company Act (ACA) compliance
