The Benefits Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, communication, and compliance of our global health and welfare programs. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Total Rewards, you will ensure our benefits offerings remain competitive, cost-effective, and deeply valued by our diverse workforce. You will serve as the primary reputed company of contact for benefits vendors and reputed company expert guidance to employees regarding their total rewards package.
Key Responsibilities
