Role Description This is a full time, in office BFSI insurance role based in Mumbai. The role involves advising clients on suitable insurance products, explaining policy features, and assisting with documentation and policy issuance.
Responsibilities include coordinating with insurance providers and brokerage partners, handling customer queries, and resolving issues related to claims or policy servicing. The role also includes maintaining accurate records, following compliance and regulatory guidelines, and supporting sales and renewal activities. Team members are expected to collaborate with colleagues, meet performance targets, and provide a high standard of customer service.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Insurance knowledge, including understanding of products, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Candidates should possess Finance skills, with the ability to interpret basic financial data and support BFSI-related advisory.
Candidates should possess Insurance Brokerage skills, including working with multiple insurers and coordinating policy placement.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for client interaction and issue resolution.
Relevant experience in BFSI or insurance roles, preferably in an on-site customer-facing environment.
Ability to work with CRM or insurance management systems and basic proficiency in MS Office tools.
Solid attention to detail, adherence to compliance standards, and ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
Graduate degree in commerce, finance, business, or a related field; skilled certifications in insurance or BFSI are an advantage. .
