We are looking for an experienced BI Developer Lead with strong expertise in Google Looker, Business Intelligence, Data Visualisation, and Stakeholder Management. The ideal candidate will lead BI initiatives, gather business requirements, develop reporting solutions, and drive data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Business Intelligence solutions, dashboards, reports, and data models.
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and convert business needs into analytical solutions.
- Develop and optimise dashboards, reports, and data visualisations using Google Looker.
- Work with multiple data sources and perform data integration, validation, and analysis.
- Collaborate with business, engineering, and analytics teams to deliver high-quality BI solutions.
- Drive project planning, estimation, work breakdown, and delivery management activities.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reporting platforms.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates.
- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance on reporting and analytics solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend AI-driven analytics and reporting improvements.
- Support Agile delivery processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting Solutions.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Looker (mandatory).
- Experience with Qlik Sense for dashboard and report development.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and Google BigQuery.
- Experience in requirement gathering, effort estimation, and project planning.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and delivery leadership.
- Understanding of AI workflows and their application in data analytics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. .
