Implementation of PM40LITE newest process to increase speed for budget and firm bidsRFQ (Request for Qauote) Harmonization in close alignment Front-End Engineering Design and other collaborators, while supporting the implementation of the Integration platform Pro-HUBBid Management Micro-tools harmonization in alignment with the Database and Tools team of software specialist in Sales ExcellenceGovernance over the most important actions and strategic process improvements to increase Bid management performanceWhat You Bring Proven experience in bid management or proposal development, with a strong understanding of the bidding process.Familiarity with bid management software, digital tools, and AI technologies.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Ability to analyze processes and data to identify areas for improvement and measure the impact of changes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with various collaborators.Experience in managing change within organizations, particularly in the context of adopting new technologies and processes .
