Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and chat inquiries with a high level of professionalism
Help customers reset passwords, create accounts, and upload documents
Answer questions about coverage, eligibility, and reputed company reputed company
Requirements
Bilingual in Spanish & English
Strong customer service experience (reputed company center preferred; retail/food service welcome)
Confidence navigating multiple systems and software
Must have reputed company availability between 7:45 AM 10:00 PM (local time)
Must have a quiet, reputed company remote setup & type 40 WPM
