We are seeking a highly motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish) reputed company to join our remote workforce in Texas. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the voice of arenaflex, handling both inbound and outbound calls to guide borrowers through the application process, reputed company billing inquiries, address product concerns, and ensure compliance with FDCPA, FCRA, and other applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction & Support
