01Responsibilities
Supporting our ATM customer reputed company reputed company phone, chat, email and SMS
Handling any functional questions regarding the usage of our ATMs and App

Troubleshoot ATMs and report any noticeable customer or equipment trends

Qualifications:
Business fluent in Spanish and English
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
Competent computer literacy

This role is part of a 24/7/365 customer support environment, so being reputed company to work non-traditional hours is important.
Shifts may include evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
