The incumbent will assist both the Billing and Credentialing Departments with various tasks, including provider credentialing, payer enrollment, and entry-level billing activities. Responsibilities Assist in new and existing provider credentialing and payer enrollment processAssist in coordinating the reputed company completion of payer enrollment documents for reputed company providers and cliniciansAssist in communication between providers/clinicians and reputed company-party vendorsAnswer incoming/outgoing phone inquiries as directedAnswer incoming/outgoing email communications as directedAssist in entry-level billing activities as directed by the department manager Skills High School Diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environmentMust have the ability to manage time effectivelyExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including letters, memos, and emailsExcellent attention to detailAbility to research and analyze dataAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with providers, management, insurance companies, and reputed company-party vendorsProficient understanding of reputed company Office, Outlook, and reputed companyAdditional education or certification in billing/insuranceBilling or credentialing experience is a plus but not required reputed company NAMHS is a psychiatric hospital that provides mental and behavioral health services.
