Billing Assistant

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Pharma Products Billing Assistant to join our Depot Team. This role involves managing various aspects of billing, accounts receivable, and financial data entry within a professional environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial software, and Product OR medicine Batch billing processes. Responsibilities Prepare and process challans / Invoicing e-way billing, using accounting software CBO OR similar systems.Communicate effectively with clients or Head Office regarding billing inquiries via phone or email while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.Managing stock in warehouse having computer knowledge .Qualifications Under-Graduate Or Graduate will be preffered.Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy.Ability to perform account reconciliation, journal entries, and analysis skills efficiently.Strong organizational skills combined with effective communication skills for customer service interactions.Job Type: Full-time Compensation: 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick timePaid time offWork Location: In person .
