Designation:Billing Executive (Voice - Dental RCM) Shift: Night
- Communicating with Patient's Dental Insurance.
- Inquiring about the Dental policy benefit information as well as outstanding claims.
- Understanding the additional guidelines which might affect the coverage.
- Obtaining the benefit information on required template.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Undergraduate / Graduate or equivalent.
- Prior experience in Dental Billing is preferred.
- Familiarity with CDT, ADA, HIPAA will be advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Top-notch interpersonal skills with a commitment to excellent client service.
- Capacity to work with sensitive patient information while maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to work in US Shift Timings (Night Shift).
- Typing Speed 40 WPM or more with minimum 95% accuracy.
