We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Manager to lead our hospital billing operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end billing process, ensure timely and accurate claim submissions, manage insurance coordination, and lead the billing team to achieve operational excellence. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of hospital billing, insurance claims, and revenue cycle management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the billing department to ensure accurate and timely billing.
Develop, implement, and maintain billing policies, procedures, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with hospital billing standards, insurance regulations, and applicable healthcare guidelines.
Coordinate with insurance providers to resolve billing discrepancies, claim rejections, and reimbursement issues.
Monitor billing performance, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Generate and present billing reports, revenue analysis, and key performance metrics to senior management.
Lead, mentor, and supervise the billing team while driving productivity and performance.
Collaborate with clinical, finance, and administrative departments to ensure seamless revenue cycle operations.
Ensure accurate patient billing, payment reconciliation, and outstanding receivables management.
