Key Responsibilities
Register patient demographics accurately into the practice management system.
Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
Update patient information and insurance details.
Identify and resolve registration errors or missing information.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure complete and accurate patient records.
Maintain productivity and quality targets.
Follow HIPAA guidelines and client-specific processes.
Required Skills
Good understanding of US Healthcare and RCM processes.
Knowledge of insurance verification and patient registration.
Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work in a night shift.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Practice Management (PM) systems.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Medical Billing Executive - US Healthcare (RCM)
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit medical claims to insurance companies.
Review claims for accuracy before submission.
Perform Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up with insurance payers.
Analyse and resolve denied or rejected claims.
Post insurance and patient payments accurately.
Work on claim status, appeals, and resubmissions.
Meet productivity and quality benchmarks.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and client guidelines.
Required Skills
Knowledge of the US Medical Billing process.
Understanding of claim lifecycle, CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes.
Experience in AR Follow-up, Payment Posting, Charge Entry, or Denial Management is preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Willingness to work in night shifts.
Qualifications Graduate in any discipline.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Practice Management (PM) and EHR systems.
Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance payers.
