Managerial Activities Allocating work to team members Preparing reports for Top management Mentoring new joinees Ensuring team members meet timelines in agreement with your reporting manager Carrying out performance evaluation on a regular basis Everyday operational activities Input invoices onto accounting software Report discrepancies with invoices Monthly supplier invoice reconciliation Chasing outstanding invoices Assisting in any additional finance tasks as required The successful candidate must have: - Excellent written and spoken english - Must have managed a team of 7-10 direct reportees - High level of accuracy and attention to detail - Valuable organisational and time management skills - Working knowledge of Excel - Experience of working within a Purchase Ledger environment Compensation: From 60,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
