Key Responsibilities Pharmacovigilance Operations Manage global pharmacovigilance systems and SOPs. Oversee global safety database and ensure data quality and compliance. Supervise safety data exchange agreements (SDEAs). Interact with global PV vendors and partners for data integrity. Compliance & Audits Lead internal and external audits and regulatory inspections. Take ownership of CAPAs and ensure global regulatory compliance. Monitor compliance with local and international PV regulations. Systems & Training Act as PV systems SME for internal and external stakeholders. Lead automation projects and technical enhancements. Conduct companywide Pharmacovigilance training programs. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality Assurance teams. Oversee vendor activities and ensure seamless CRO operations. Candidate Profile Required Qualifications B Pharm, MSc Life Sciences, or related healthcare discipline. 12+ years of experience in Pharmacovigilance with at least 9 years in PV operations and systems. Preferred Skills Strong foundation in drug safety, clinical development, and post-marketing PV. Excellent knowledge of GVP, GCP, ICH, and global PV regulations. Skilled in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PPT, Access). Strong communication, project management, and vendor oversight capabilities.
