Job OverviewBirlasoft is hiring an RPA and Appian QA Tester Technical Specialist for its Noida office. This role is designed for quality engineering professionals with 4 to 6 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or related testing functions. Hands-on exposure to Appian or business process management platforms and RPA solutions built with UiPath or similar technologies is particularly relevant to this opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute testing activities for Appian applications and workflow-based business solutions.Validate RPA implementations developed using UiPath or comparable automation platforms.Perform functional testing to confirm that application features behave according to business and technical requirements.Conduct integration testing across applications, APIs, web services, batch interfaces, and enterprise systems.Execute regression and end-to-end testing to identify issues before production releases.Validate application data using SQL queries and appropriate data verification techniques.Investigate defects, document findings, and work with development and delivery teams to support resolution.Apply established QA processes and software testing practices throughout the development lifecycle.Work with test management and delivery tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Microsoft Test Manager.Participate in Agile or Scrum activities and collaborate with cross-functional project teams.Contribute to maintaining reliable testing processes for business applications and automated workflows.Required SkillsCandidates should have 4 to 6 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a closely related testing role.
