About the Role
Our client, a rapidly expanding blockchain consulting firm, is seeking an experienced and organized Blockchain Project Manager to lead high-impact projects for their diverse clientele. Based in the bustling city of Ahmedabad , you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of blockchain solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of blockchain technology, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams. You will work closely with clients to define project scope, manage expectations, and drive successful outcomes. This is a key leadership position within our Ahmedabad office, contributing to the firm's growth and success in the DLT space.
Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end management of blockchain projects, from initiation to closure. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget. Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts. Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent updates. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and driving project success. Conduct project reviews and post-mortem analyses to identify areas for improvement. Stay current with blockchain technology trends and project management best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus. 5+ years of experience in project management, with a minimum of 2 years specifically managing blockchain or technology-related projects. Solid understanding of blockchain technology, DLT, cryptocurrencies, and smart contracts. Proven experience in project planning, risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder management. Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project). Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results. Must be willing to work full-time from our Ahmedabad office.
