Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product.
Answer questions about products or the company.
Enter and update customer information in the database.
Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation.Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Profile: Telecaller Outbound CallingSkill required:
Excellent communication skills.
Good computer knowledge.
Willing to work in night shift.
Qualification
Bachelor Degree in any stream or equivalent number of experience.
Salary
9,000/- to 15,000/- (fixed per month) + incentives ( 0 to 4000/-)
