Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Healthcare and Electronic Retail Customer Service team. The role involves assisting customers with product, service, policy, order, and claim-related queries while delivering an exceptional customer experience through voice.
Location: Bellandur, Kengeri
5 Days Working & 2 Days Off (Rotational)
Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries exclusively through voice calls.Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.Ensure excellent customer satisfaction during every interaction.Maintain call quality and productivity standards.Update customer details and interaction records in the system.EligibilityFreshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.Candidates from any educational background can apply.Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.Comfortable working in rotational shifts.Willing to work from the office in Bengaluru.Basic computer knowledge is required.Skills RequiredStrong verbal communication.Good listening and problem-solving skills.Customer-focused attitude.Ability to work in rotational shifts including night shifts .
