Qualification : Undergraduate/ Graduate. With excellent communication skills both written and verbal communication in English. Salary upto : 34 K CTC
Role : Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Dealing with customer issues and churning out an easy-to-follow solution

Compensation: 27,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
