Job DetailsPosition: BPO Sales TrainerCompany: MPOWERMENTLocation: Kolkata Sector 5Salary: 38,000 CTC per monthExperience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Sales Trainer in the BPO industryEmployment Type: Full-time Key ResponsibilitiesConduct engaging and effective sales training sessions for new and existing employees.Design and deliver training programs based on business and performance requirements.Provide product, process, sales, and customer-handling training.Coach team members on sales techniques, objection handling, conversion, and closing skills.Monitor trainee performance and identify areas for improvement.Conduct regular refresher training, coaching sessions, and performance improvement programs.Motivate employees and help build a strong sales-oriented and high-performance culture. What Were Looking ForMinimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Trainer in the BPO/Contact Center industry.Hands-on experience in BPO sales training and coaching.Strong understanding of sales processes, KPIs, and performance metrics.Ability to motivate, engage, and influence sales teams.
