Job Role
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International E-commerce Voice Process. The role involves handling customer queries related to orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and account support for global customers.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls professionally
Assist customers with order status, delivery updates, returns, and refunds
Verify customer and order details accurately
Create and update tickets in CRM systems
Coordinate with logistics and internal teams when required
Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT), quality, and productivity standards
Eligibility
Undergraduate / Graduate
Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
Excellent English communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
Comfortable working in rotational shifts
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in E-commerce or Customer Support is an advantage
Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
