Hiring for Life Insurance Branch Manager role!
Location: Siliguri, Darjeeling.
We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager with a strong background in the Agency Channel within the Life Insurance industry.
Role & responsibilities
Building, leadership and mentorship of team.
Management and monitoring of team.
Organizing and scheduling team.
Development and career progression of team.
One-on-one performance coaching and personnel development of team.
Critical thinking and decision-making.
Handle a team of 10+ Team Member.
Responsible for the productivity, handhold them in the early stages.
Provide in-the-field support to the direct reports by joining them on calls and providing coaching and feedback based on performance.
Planning and monitoring daily, monthly and quarterly activities.
Creating a business plan and helping them to achieve it.
Maintain the revenue targets and persistence targets of the organization.
Responsible for hiring and retention.
