- To recruit,engage and launch Sales Managers,Team Size 8
- To ensure that SM's recruit, appoint and train agents
- Conduct regularSM and agents meetings and update them on new earning opportunities and enablement initiatives
Required Candidate profile
1.Minimum 8 Years Experience in Life insurance Agency /APC channel
2.Age should be less than 44
3.Minimum 4 years of team Handling experience in Agency or APC channel is Mandatory
