Branch Intelligence Specialist

Partner with National Business Heads and Geo Leaders to solve business challenges through data, analytics, and AI.Drive business growth and profitability through actionable data-driven insights and recommendations.Perform descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and root causes.Drive adoption and effective utilization of BIU AI products, dashboards, and data solutions across branches and geographies.Work closely with Branch, Geo, Cluster, and Zonal teams to understand new requirements, business problems, and opportunities and translate them into analytical/AI solutions.Act as a key point of contact for branch and geo-level data, dashboard, reporting, and AI-product issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication.Identify opportunities where AI, automation, analytics, and data visualization can improve productivity, decision-making, and business performance.Build interactive Power BI dashboards, MIS, analytical models, and automated reporting solutions for business leadership.Extract, analyze, and validate data using SQL, Python, and Excel.Deliver end-to-end solutionsfrom understanding the business problem and gathering requirements to developing the solution, presenting insights, and measuring impact.Conduct/enable AI and data product awareness, demonstration, and knowledge-sharing sessions for business teams where required.Proactively monitor business performance and identify opportunities to improve growth, profitability, productivity, and operational efficiency.Present complex analytical findings in a simple, clear, and business-oriented manner to senior stakeholders. Required Skills: SQL | Power BI | Advanced Excel | Python | Data Visualization | Data Modelling | Business Analytics | Diagnostic & Predictive Analytics | AI/Automation | Stakeholder Management Candidate Profile: 1-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a similar role.Strong ability to translate complex data and business problems into actionable insights and solutions.Strong understanding of AI, analytics, dashboards, and data-driven business decision-making.Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working directly with senior business leaders.Ability to manage multiple business requirements and deliver solutions independently.Experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Sales, or Retail Analytics is preferred.
